Residence Inspection Forms can be mailed, e-mailed or left in the owners home.

AEGIS Key Holder Service acts as the primary point of contact for Emergency Services, Security, Sub-Contractors, Vendors, Family and Friends at owners discretion to allow access to the home.

Digital Photos can be mailed, e-mailed or left in the owners home for confirmation of property condition after any type of extreme weather occurrence, inspection or as updates on any work being done on site.

Our service includes contacting proper repair or remodel professionals should a loss occur, determining the timing of jobs, granting access to property and securing home upon vendor departure. We verify completion of the scope of work and document repairs. Additional supervision will be billed accordingly at a standard AEGIS HomeWatch hourly rate.

AEGIS will accept UPS and FedEx deliveries and take them to the home. Mail pick-up from local US Mail Service and deliver them to the home weekly.

We will start vehicles during each Home Inspection and maintain automobile maintenance schedule.

Aegis will open the house prior to your arrival to set temperatures, deactivate alarm system, stock fireplaces, hot tub check, and turn on lights. We will then secure the property upon your departure, provide general cleanliness, arrange for house cleaners and return the home to proper condition.
